In the beginning of October, completely out of the blue, friend Ann sends me a video about an amazing way to repair a hole in a jumper.
It certainly is an amazing way to mend a hole. But she must have wondered why she felt it necessary to send it to me.
I haven’t seen Ann for about three months. So she definitely doesn’t know that my Norwegian jumper, the one I knitted in January 2020 to replace the one I had for thirty years, had developed a hole, just about a week before.
This is what happens so often. Something pops up, I wonder why, and suddenly it makes sense.
So today I finally managed to use the video, and mend my jumper.
If you didn’t know it, you wouldn’t notice it.
Nothing happens without a reason…
